Hey I'm Andrew, your average feather-in-his-cap, spring-in-his-step, sneaker-wearing, tongue-twisting, ecstacy-inducing, mind-bending, never-ending, trend-setting, floppy-fringed whatsisname. Lovable at first sight if you see me in the right light. Always willing to give second chances. And a third if you ask nicely enough. Hopelessly romantic and tragically retarded. Such a combination yields unpredictable results. Initially shy, softspoken and quiet. Unabashed, witty and loud after the ice has broken. Proud ympacter, God-seeker, salvation-finder, redemption-searcher. I'm not a WANNABE, I'm a GONNABE. Optimist with a pessimistic edge, like a lollipop coated with glass. Always strive to be perfect, very seldom am. Dreams enough to grow a pair of wings. Realistic enough to tear them up. Swings his moods like a monkey on a rope, but you seldom see the emotions fly. No tears in my eyes don't mean I'm not crying, no red in my eyes don't mean I ain't mad, no smile on my face don't mean I'm not happy, no frown on my brow don't mean I'm not thinking. Music is my drug and art my choice of poison. Performs well under pressure, but won't break under the peer kind. Don't offer me your cash or flash me a badge, your friendship's good enough for me. Break my trust, watch the sparks fly. Not without forgiveness, but definitely human. Instantaneously horrific, gradually unbearable. Wait for the sky to clear up. It'll happen. Well I finally decided to get of my ass and update a little bit. It's been an interesting, confusing time. What with new acquaintances, bravado banter, fuji-loads of homework, hushed-up explosions, and heartstrings being pulled left, right and centre. I think I'm putting on weight too :( Sigh, my general feeling at this moment in time is quite simply put, that this place will never be home. I belong in Singapore. However, life here goes on, in its own slow, monotonous way. On a happier note, my brother celebrated his birthday not too long ago :) It's kinda weird seeing my brothers growing up so fast and not having them depending on me so much, but it's cool :) Haha my turn soon! Hmm. I think I owe a few people out there a meme. Here's one of my own concoctions - The Roo-me :D
